TrueGrid Alignment and Layout Freedom
Our precision 15/16 inch aluminum housing is dimensionally identical to a standard structural cross tee. It snaps directly into the grid in place of the metal T-Bar. Because the mounting clips slide continuously along the top channel of the fixture, GRIDBar can be positioned exactly where the space dictates. You can install it directly in line with main runners or lay it across tiles, fixing layout alignment issues on the fly without requiring acoustic tile cutting.
Universal Grid Adaptability
A single standardized fixture body adapts to all major ceiling grid systems. By utilizing our specific snap on hanger clips, the system seamlessly integrates with 9/16 inch Flat, 9/16 inch Bolt Slot, and 15/16 inch Flat T-Bars alongside both standard Lay In and Stepped Tegular tiles.
Advanced T-Bar Clip Metallurgy
Our specialized T-Bar clips are engineered from high tension spring steel to deliver consistent clamping force. What sets these clips apart is a high performance zinc aluminum flake composite coating. Because the coating process uses no electrolysis, the spring steel will not crack under high stress. It delivers extreme corrosion resistance while ensuring a smooth, secure fit on the grid without jamming.
